How old do I have to be to rent?
Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and full-coverage insurance. Some vehicles require additional verification.
What do I need to book?
A valid driver's license, a major credit card in the renter's name, and proof of full-coverage insurance. International renters also need a passport.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. Each vehicle lists its refundable deposit, held on your credit card and released within 5 business days after return.
How many miles are included?
Every rental includes daily mileage shown on the vehicle page (100 miles per day on most cars). Additional charges may apply.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pickup services for an additional fee, which varies based on the distance of the delivery.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservation without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will apply. Please note: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.
Are the cars insured?
Every vehicle carries the required Florida coverage. Renters must present personal full-coverage insurance that extends to rented luxury vehicles.
